Autumn in Camden

Autumn really is lovely in the England, and London is still nice to walk around. My friend recently visited from Tenerife, and we stopped by Camden and the market. The food looked incredible and all the vintage shops are really very cool and unique. I would definitely recommend visiting if you're in London. It's not on the typical tourist route either, which makes it more fun.

Tomorrow I'm headed to Budapest for a quick Christmas Market weekend, and I'm very excited and really keeping my fingers crossed for snow. No idea what I'm going to wear!

British Country at Bodiam Castle

Isn't it ridiculous how as soon as you don't have something, you suddenly want it? At least this applies to my hair, looking at these photos I miss the blonde. But at the time I really missed the brunette!

A few weeks ago I visited Bodiam Castle in East Sussex. The weather was lovely, and the grounds were really pretty to walk in. This differed a bit from other National Trust properties I have been to, in that it was mainly castle ruins. However, it's definitely worth seeing, but I probably would avoid it during the colder months. Don't miss the cafe, I had some fabulous scones there! Priorities, right?

Also, isn't this outfit so English?! I know I'm originally from here, but growing up abroad in Tenerife meant I never quite knew how to dress appropriately for the cold. Think I nailed this one though, not cold or hot and the wellies were ideal for the muddy areas!

Swimsuit in Key West

For all you lucky ones that either live in a hot place, or are getting ready for a tropical holiday. I love a bit of Summer inspiration as it gets colder. This visor that I bought in Key West was brilliant, I got it in a local shop by the harbour. It's great for travelling because it rolls up, so it will definitely come on many trips with me. I've also been in a bit of a swimsuit phase, largely attributable to all the Taco Bell and Starbucks Frappuccinos I ate while in Florida. So worth it!

I hope you are having a good week.

Florida Roadtrip

I'm finally sharing some photos from my Florida trip in October. My friend and I did a road trip covering the Florida Keys, mainly Key West followed by Orlando and Miami. It was probably one of the most incredible holidays. The weather was fabulously hot, and I really miss the sunshine. Key West was more of a relaxing holiday, with some fun nights out. We also visited the Turtle Hospital.

We spent a couple days in Orlando, doing a day in the Magic Kingdom and another in Universal Studios. Harry Potter world was incredible, but we especially liked that they offered single rider queue, as it meant we got to do most of the high intensity rides. I definitely didn't expect to fall in love with Universal as much as I did. The whole park was brilliant, and I really liked the Doctor Zeus and Simpsons areas.

The last few days were spent in Miami, staying primarily in Miami Beach. Absolute bliss is what it was! We were hoping to catch site of some Manatees, and visited Key Biscayne in the hopes of seeing some in the wild. We didn't unfortunately, but it was a lovely area to visit., and just means I have to go back again soon!

Smart Casual by the Harbour

My favourite outfits are probably those you can dress up or down. It means you end up owning items that you actually wear and re-wear. I am definitely guilty of having items in my wardrobe I just never wear, and there is usually a reason (glitter dress excluded).

I wore this to my brothers birthday party, and most of the family was quite casual so adding a flat sandal kept it Summery and fun. Also, everyone needs a blazer coat. You can throw it over anything, and you're guaranteed to look put together. My favourite combination is another smart casual look with a ballerina flat and ripped skinny jeans.

Hope you're week is going well, and the weekend comes quickly! I know I can't wait.

This was probably the last Summer day we had in the UK. My university friend and I love to meet up at National Trust places (you may remember this one). This was another incredible place to visit if you're ever in Kent, and the gardens were stunning. Today we actually visited another one (photos to come soon!) and I realised I never shared these. Hope you don't mind them going up a couple months later.

The last few months have been really packed. I flew out to Austria for my birthday, and visited family and friends. I also got to visit Florida (long blog post to follow) with one of my best friends. I even hopped over to Switzerland for a day. Now I'm back in the UK for a little while, so I can't wait to share some outfit shots. If you want to follow me on instagram, it's where I try to post more frequently too.
