H&M Top (similar) | Mango Jeans (similar) | Zara Heels (similar) | H&M Cardigan (similar) | Michael Kors Clutch (similar)

This was definitely a fun look for me, since it was the first time trying to wear my jeans rolled up. I love the look with strappy heels, although I also want to try it with flats at some point. As you can probably tell by now I love wearing neutrals or black & white with a pop in my shoes or bags in terms of pattern or colour. I added a cardigan as it wasn't the warmest day and think it kept the look a bit more casual.

I have been somewhat down with a cold this weekend and still have it, which is really not that great when trying to study for finals. Woke up at 5am this morning to re-read through my notes and passed an exam just now, so it will be a good day, even though it is currently bucketing outside! I am thinking of wearing wellies with shorts, since it is a bit too warm for wellies and jeans, but my flats got drenched this morning. Hope you are all having a great start to the week!

Today I am sharing a look I wore a couple weeks ago to go for a casual lunch in town. I cycled there, hence the leggings, which happen to be most comfortable. It was sunny but not quite warm enough for shorts. I paired this with a black loose fitted top which I love and wear on a regular basis. To brighten it up a little I wore my blush bucket bag and striped loafer flats. As you can see Spring was in full swing by then, with all the flowes popping up.

I spent the past two days with my mum, who visited me for a couple days after my exam. We went shopping (picked up this new bikini), had brunch (pancakes!) and spent the afternoon at the spa. Such a fun girly day, just what I needed to help me get through the rest of this exam period! Hope you all are having a great start to the weekend :). Chat soon!

H&M Workout Gear

H&M Top (similar in pink!) | H&M Sports Bra (similar) | H&M Leggings | Nike Trainers | Jacket (old)

So as you can probably tell I love H&M for workout gear and literally all the exercise/running clothes I own are from there. They have really cute pieces and great prices. For someone like me, who is not a massive fitness fan (don't get me wrong, I LOVE the concept of it!), spending a lot of money or going to a lot of hassle to get workout clothes is just not going to happen. That being said, if I am to actually excercise (once in a blue moon), then I want to look the part. Sometimes I will even wear it to lounge at home.

One of the things I actually really enjoy doing when the weather is nice is go for a cycle. My boyfriend and I like to go during the weekends somewhere and maybe get some ice-cream or get some lunch. Hoping to do that again in a few days after my exam, because the weather has been beautiful (or what I have seen of it through the window #sadface). Anyway, I hope you all are having a great week!

White Blouse & Bucket Bag

Zara Blouse (similar) | H&M Tank Top | Mango Jeans | H&M Flats (similar, this years!) | Mango Bag | Boohoo Sunglasses (unfortunately sold out now)

I have been wearing this bucket bag around like it's the only bag I own. For someone who tends to wear a lot of black and neutrals, it's a fun pop of something light (not really colour now is it?!). As the weather warms up, I have been wearing more and more flowy blouses as they are my favourite. Since it isn't quite shorts weather, I am still pairing them with skinny jeans. Literally can't wait to stop wearing jeans! I added my floral flats for a pop of pattern and colour. Also loving how my sunnies match my bag! I have just been loving blush this season (more favourites here!).

I am plowing through revision with nothing interesting to report back, other than my doughnut addiction hasn't stopped (in reality it moves on to the next thing!) yet. Hope you all have great plans for the weekend! I will be stressing about my exam next week which I totally feel confident about now.

Striped Top

Zara T-Shirt (similar) | Zara Jeans (similar) | Tommy Hilfiger Cardigan (similar in grey) | Zara Bag (similar and gorgeous!) | H&M Flats (similar & in beige) | Necklace (similar)

I wore this casual outfit to go shopping with a friend (and she is the one who snapped these pictures!). I love adding a statement necklace to an otherwise basic T-Shirt. It is a loose fit top so I went with my favourite skinny jeans, and a cardigan for extra warmth. I added a pop of colour with my bag (better view here!) and flats which happened to match (score!). I can't remember where I got this necklace, but I do remember I got it on sale several years ago and love how it's casual with the string but still dressy with the stones.

I am currently at home, in a revision break. I am studying for finals, and unfortunately I doubt I will have much else to say for the next two months or so of my life. Hopefully time will pass quickly. Did you guys have a good weekend and Mothers Day? I had flowers delivered to my Mum and she loved them (it was total surprise!). I really enjoy surprising people. Oh, I also happen to have become seriously addicted to half chocolate coloured doughnuts and went to get some this morning and there were none left! Chat soon.

Casual Walk Look

Mango  Top (similar) | H&M Tank Top | Zara Leggings | Bata Flats (similar) | Betty Barclay Blazer (similar) | Boohoo Sunglasses (similar)

This is what I wore a few weekends ago when the weather was finally nicer. I wore this to go for a walk up the mountain (it was paved as you see). Normally I would wear workout gear and trainers to go for a proper walk up the mountain, but this was more on the leisure side. It was mainly with the idea to soak up some rays and then get some lunch. I love wearing leggings and dressing the outfit up a little to look slightly more put together, great for if I am doing something in town in the morning then going on a walk later. Sadly I had to throw out these flats the other day as I had worn the sole out, but at least they lasted me a good 2-3 years!

In other news, I am now officially done with classes, and have started revising for finals. Luckily I have a bunch of outfits and posts lined up for the next few weeks, as I will be very busy being a hermit. I hate that finals are always when the weather is finally nice, so I don't even get a chance to enjoy it for another couple months. Hope you are having a great weekend, or if you are in the same boat as me then good luck!

Navy Coat & White Blouse

Esprit Coat (similar) | Blouse (similar) | Zara Jeans (similar) | H&M Flats (unfortunately sold out in this colour!) | Boohoo Sunglasses (similar

I absolutely love this coat! It has such a unique cut, and fits beautifully. I love how it combines sporty (with the zipper detail) with classy, making it perfect for day or night. As you may have gathered by now, I love a flowy white blouse and most of my wardrobe is made up of them (that and black flowy tops!). I like to keep the bottom fitted if the top is loose so I wore my favourite black jeans and for a pop of colour I wore my light blue flats. Can you tell blue is one of my favourite colours?

Just a quick update! I want to apologize profusely for not having replied to comments in the past. I actually did through my email only to just realized (months later at that!), that they never got to you as it's a no-reply system. In order to fix it I have added Disqus, which allows me to reply and for you to actually receive it! So sorry about this, please let me know if you like this system too :)
