My Favourite Healthy Snacks

I love discovering new healthy but tasty snacks all the time, as I'm trying to eat cleaner and healthier. I'm big on snacks, especially if I'm studying, as I get so bored! These are all pretty simple to make.
Today I'm sharing with you my current favourites! You can also find them on my Pinterest.

1. Cherry Tomatoes & Mozzarella Balls.

These are a recent discovery, but I love it so much! I plan on buying a packet of toothpicks, and preparing them in advance on a plate to have in the fridge. They taste amazing!

2. Crackers, Smoked Salmon & Chopped Onions

I absolutely love smoked salmon, and since I'm not a massive bread fan, I prefer to eat it with crackers. Chopped onions on top literally make it amazing though, you must try it! Although perhaps not the best if you will be in close contact with others haha.

3. Garden Salad with Feta

This is more time-consuming as a snack, especially if you're in a hurry. I always like to have a big bowl of salad in my fridge so I can just get it easily or put it in a tupperware to go. This is the perfect lunch snack for school I find. I also will sometimes make a meal out of this salad followed by the salmon if I'm looking for a light dinner.

4. Sliced Green Apple (my favourite is Granny Smith)

I have re-discovered my love for apples, green ones in particular. I used to eat them a lot when I was younger and then went completely off them in my teens and up until now. I'm also extremely picky about the presentation of it, I swear it tastes better when cut into thin slices!

5. Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

I love citrus in general and especially drinks, this is such an easy one to do and always have on hand if you have a grapefruit in your fruit basket. I like to squeeze it and run it through a sieve to avoid any pulp. It's also the perfect Summer refreshing drink.

What are some of your favourite snacks? I would love to learn some more, one can never know too many!

All about the Navy

Mango Jumper (similar) | Zara Jeans (similar) | Ezzio Booties (similar) | Michael Kors Bag | Tommy Hilfiger Jacket (similar)| New Yorker Scarf (similar) | Forever21 Necklace (similar)

I love how effortless, comfy yet put together this outfit is. Throwing on some heels and a cute necklace to a jumper and skinny jeans is a perfect cold weather outfit if you ask me!

I hope you are all having a good week. Unfortunately I haven't had much of a chance to snap some outfit pictures, so this is the last I have for now. Hopefully I can take some before the week is over. Valentines Day weekend was a lot of fun, and my boyfriend and I actually also celebrated being together for 2 years now. I have an exam coming up next week so will be back to hibernating this weekend. The weather has been looking up in terms of Sun, although it still feels cold. Sorry about these pictures not being the best, but my friend took them when I was in Austria, since my mum was away and unfortunately it was already dark.

Relaxing Night In

There really is nothing I love more than a good night in to really unwind and relax. Usually I will do this during the weekend if I don´t go out in the evening. In this stressful, busy, fast-paced world we live in it is definitely important to find time for yourself.

1. Run a hot bubble bath. I find this to be one of the most effective ways to relax. I love using bath salts and bath bombs, or if you have run out of those, just use your regular shower gel.

2. Put on a facemask. This is the perfect moment to make time for a facemask, since you won´t be going anywhere, and you will feel a hundred times better afterwards.

3. Make a hot cup of tea. I prefer fruit tea or green tea. My favourite is ´Winter Time´ by Teekane. Sometimes I will add honey too.

4. Wear your comfiest pyjamas. Warm, long-sleeved (especially in Winter) are perfect to really achieve that cosy feeling we are going for.

5. Snuggle up in bed or on the sofa with a blanket. The warmer and comfier the better! I prefer being in bed, that way I can just turn off the lights and go to sleep.

6. Watch your favourite series/movie or read a book. I like to use this time to catch up on series, but sometimes I just want to switch off from technology and take to a good book (plus if it´s a hard copy you can take it to the bath with no fear).

7. Add some chocolate/popcorn or even a healthy snack. I´m a snacker and a chocolate addict, that pretty much sums it up.

8. Get an early night. Now for me this is typically around 10pm during the weekend, since I normally aim for 11pm during the week. At weekends I can easily get distracted and end up going to bed way later, which makes for an unproductive next day.

What do you do when you need to unwind and relax? I would love to hear your tips!

I had to include the ponytail flip haha!
Intimissimi Tank Top | Zara Blazer (similar) | Mango Jeans | Ezzio Ankle Boots (similar on SALE) | New Yorker Scarf (similar) | Pepe Jeans Coat (similar) | M&S Gloves
Necklace (similar)

I have been home now for almost a week and it has been glorious. I ended up being busier than I thought but in a good way. Yesterday I went to a thermal spa with my cousin and her partner, which was so relaxing and definitely a great idea after those exams. I start back at Uni on Monday so will spend today cleaning and packing and just getting everything together. The weather has been cold here but it hasn´t snowed, so while I do enjoy it when there´s snow, I really could do without it until I´m safely back at Uni. I hope you all have had a good week.

Winter Boots

Boots (old) | Mango Jeans | Betty Barclay Blazer (similar) | New Yorker Top (similar) | Pepe Jeans Coat (similar here & here) | Trussardi Sunglasses (old) | Eagle Necklace (similar | H&M Scarf

I could not find any boots similar to these online, which is a total shame as I will soon need new ones and they are nowhere to be found! I also don't support wearing real fur, and couldn't  find any faux fur ones. This Betty Barclay blazer is one of my all time favourites, it's blazer smart but washing machine friendly and literally goes with anything! I've linked another blazer from Betty Barclay which I think is gorgeous, and I totally wish it would be in my budget right now to get it!

I'm back in Austria now and planning on spending the week relaxing and taking lots of baths.
